We offer a 3-year extended warranty on every grow light we sell. If you ever do have any issue with your light we will resolve it quickly with our unbeatable customer service. Product Warranty

  • 30 days free returning after delivery, in the precondition of non-artificial damage. If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs.
  •  6 months ALL FREE warranty:
             Free components, repairing and replacement service with 2-way free shipping can be provided within 6 months after delivery.
  • 7 months to 3 years after delivery:
           Free components. Buyer needs to pay shipping fees and reparing fees.
           For the lights couldn't be repaired, a whole new light would be send out after charging 50% of the retail price.

Before you make any returns or warranty requests, send your order number, a photo or video of the faulty product, and a description of the faulty product to support@phlizonstore.com or contact us via the form below, our engineers will assist you.
